Step 1. Wait until it's been 24 hours since the scheduled return date.
Step 2. If you haven't heard anything from your renter and it's been 24 hours since the scheduled return date, attempt to reach out to your renter to see if/when they plan to return your item.
Step 3. If another 24 hours pass and you have not yet heard from your renter, please file a formal dispute.
Step 4. Once we review your dispute, our team will attempt to contact your renter. If another 24 hours pass and neither you nor our team have been able to establish contact with your renter (or if it's been verified that your item will not be returned), we will release the full security charge to you.
