Primarily, make sure to leave your renter an accurate review of your experience in order to encourage them to be more cautious with people’s items.
If your item has received any amount of damage, we encourage you to come to a mutual agreement with your renter upon return of your item pertaining to the item's condition.
If your item has been extensively damaged by your renter and you could not come to a mutual agreement on the condition of the item, you may file a claim to receive part of or the full amount of the security deposit.
You have 24 hours from the time of the rental's completion to fill out a dispute form giving us all the details we need in order to best resolve this issue. We will reach out to your renter to obtain a dispute form from them as well. Upon receipt of these completed forms, we will go over the necessary course of action & resolution with each party.
